March-April Showcase 2011

It's been a rather hectic couple of months over here, with life being taken over by projects at work as well as the start of the Sticks For Joy project over at Shoryuken.com (more on this in a future article). Because of this, things have been on the slow side in terms of arcade stick art commissions, meaning that I've had to put the March and April showcases together in a single feature.

Most of the time, creating a design is a deliberate process, with the design being planned from start to finish. There are other times however when a design comes to life almost on its own, this is one of those times. Originally just part of a T.E. top panel art commission, the design took on a life of its own and became what I like to call the BlazBlue Type-D3V template.
